Processing Times

  • All custom printed balloon orders require 3–5 business days for production once artwork is approved.

  • Pre-printed balloons and accessories are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days.

  • You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.

Shipping Options (Australia-Wide)

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (metro areas usually faster).

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (depending on postcode).

  • Bulk/Wholesale Orders: May require freight services; we’ll confirm delivery options and costs at checkout or via quote.

Delivery Notes

  • We use Australia Post and trusted couriers to deliver Australia-wide.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, or regional locations.

  • If your order is time-critical (e.g. for an event date), please allow extra time or choose Express Shipping.

  • Clown Balloons is not responsible for delays once items are handed over to the courier.

Shipping Costs

  • Calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and location.

  • Free shipping may apply for certain promotions or order values (if offered).

International Shipping

  • At this time, we only ship within Australia. (Optional: If you want to offer international later, we can update this.)

Order Issues

  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us with your order number.

  • Damaged or missing items must be reported within 7 days of delivery, with photos if possible.
